The best decks you can build with no Legendary at all

The rule: Eight cards, not one of them Legendary or Champion.

Champions are excluded alongside Legendaries on purpose. A new or free account can field neither, so a "no Legendary" list carrying a Champion answers a question nobody asked.

Observed WR is counted from this site's own battle window, not from a single bracket — the same deck reads differently in Master 1 and in Ultimate Champion. A deck under 100 comparable battles shows no rate at all.
